The present Privacy Policy is the legal basis for processing any Personal Data that we collect or that you provide to us through the following website www.axomove.com and web application http://app.axomove.com/ (hereinafter together referred to as the "Platform"), as well as any research carried out on the Platform, and/or any use of the Platform by the Internet user who connects to it (hereinafter the "User").
Data controllers’ identity
AXOMOVE operates on specific instructions as a subcontractor of professional practitioners. The professional practitioner is responsible for processing the Personal Data of its Users.
AXOMOVE is the data controller for data processed in connection with the provision of the Platform for:
- employees of member companies,
- beneficiaries of member mutuals,
- beneficiaries of participating insurance companies,
- individuals who subscribe directly to the service.
AXOMOVE is also considered to be responsible for processing data relating to the creation of the User's personal account, their browsing on the Platform, the compilation of statistics relating to the use of the tool and the management of the chatbot providing access to physical exercise programs.

Why do Axomove collect your data?
Your data enables us to ensure that the content of the Platform is presented in the most effective way and thus allows the User to benefit from the interactive features of the Platform such as:
- Providing the User with the service we propose,
- Estimating our audience’s size and usage behaviour,
- Storing information about your preferences and, accordingly to your individual interests, personalize the Platform,
- Speeding up your research,
- Recognizing you when you access the Platform,
- Optimizing commercial information and provide you with information, goods or services that you request from us, or that are relevant to your centers of interest, if you have consented to receive such information from us. In certain circumstances, your data enables us to fulfil our contractual obligations in relation to a contract concluded between us and you (e.g. fulfilling an assignment or providing a service, sending you documentation, etc.). We may also use your data to inform you of updates and developments to our service.
If you provide us with Personal Data from a third party, you confirm that they have consented to you operating on their behalf and that you have informed them of our identity and the purposes for which we process their Personal Data.
- Our statistical analyses of anonymized data: We carry out statistical analyses on the use of the Platform in order to improve the Users' experience as well as to optimize and demonstrate the benefits of the Platform. In order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and to prevent any infringement of privacy of our users, we have implemented a procedure of successive pseudonymizations which ensure that, from the moment of analysis to the compilation of statistics, we are not, whether through our in-house teams or our subcontractors, able to identify users directly or even indirectly. We refer to procedure as the anonymization of personal data.
How do Axomove collect your personal data?
In addition to the elements referred to in paragraph 2 – Data processing of the Privacy Policy, we have implemented technical measures to collect your data through your IP address and cookies. We may therefore collect information about your device, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration, the Platform’s improvement and reports completion (including aggregated information). We take every precaution to share only statistical data about our Users' browsing activities and behaviour that cannot be used to identify an individual.

We may collect information about your general Internet activity through the use of access devices such as cookies (a cookie is a small text file stored on your device's hard drive). Cookies help us enhance the Platform, improve the quality of our services and generate statistics on how the Platform is used.

Where do AXOMOVE store your personal data and how do AXOMOVE protect it?
All health information you provide to us, or that is entered by your practitioner, is stored on secure servers located in France and certified under the French Health Data Hosting (HDS) standards. Other categories of data are stored in France but may, in exceptional cases, be transferred and stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly as part of services provided by our subcontractors. In the event of such transfers, AXOMOVE ensures that the necessary legal guarantees are in place to carry out the transfers in the absence of an adequacy decision. To ensure the security of your data, we only work with subcontractors who implement technical and organizational security measures that meet or exceed the requirements imposed by data protection regulations. Additionally, we ensure that any data processing by our subcontractors is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Your rights
At AXOMOVE, we are committed to ensuring that your rights granted by data protection legislation are respected. Therefore, we provide you with the means to exercise the rights mentioned below.
- Right of access to your Personal Data - You have the right to be informed if your Personal Data is processed by AXOMOVE and its partners. If so, we will explain how these partners use your data, why and how this data is used, what categories of data are involved, to whom and where this data is shared, how long it is stored and whether any automated processing is used, particularly if it leads to automated individual decisions.
