How should I plan my workout?

When your practitioner shares a new exercise session with you, you need to schedule it. You can also change your schedule if you wish.

 

Scheduling a new program:

1. Log in to the Axomove app. The schedule page will appear automatically if your practitioner has shared a new program with you.

2. On the “Schedule my sessions” page, you will see the new program(s) prescribed by your practitioner. To schedule them, click on the “Schedule my session” button.

3. Choose the days on which you will do the exercises. For example, if your practitioner has indicated that you should do a program 3 times a week, you must choose 3 days. Please note that if your practitioner has prescribed a program to be done every day, you do not need to schedule it.

4. Once you have selected the days, click on the “Confirm schedule” button.

5. A pop-up will appear to confirm your schedule. Click on “Let's go!” and you will be redirected to the home page.

 

Modify your schedule:

1. Go to the “Exercises” page from the main menu.

2. Click on the “Access schedule” button at the top right. You can see all the programs already scheduled.

3. Click on the “Edit” button for the programs whose schedule you want to change.

4. Deselect the days on which you no longer wish to do your exercises and choose new days. To save your new schedule, click on “Confirm schedule.”

Please note: Scheduling is mandatory. In order to benefit from Axomove, you must schedule your programs when your practitioner prescribes them.
