To start your remote appointment with a physical therapist:
1. Log in to your Axomove account using your email address and password.
2. From the main menu, click on “Practitioner” then “Appointments.”
3. Next, select the appointment you wish to attend by clicking on the date.
4. Click on the blue camera icon.
5. Please read the technical requirements for accessing the service so that you can make the most of your teleconsultation. At the top of the page, indicate the reason for your consultation.
6. Indicate “Yes” or “No” if you have experienced any acute pain in the last 72 hours.
7. Check the box “I agree to have a teleconsultation with the physical therapist...”.
8. Then click on “Start your teleconsultation” to begin your teleconsultation with your preventive physical therapist.
9. Turn on your microphone and camera or webcam, which are necessary for your video consultation. Finally, click on “Join the call.”
