How do I cancel a teleconsultation appointment?

You can cancel a teleconsultation appointment more than 2 hours before it is scheduled. After this time, it will be deducted from your annual teleconsultation quota.

 

Note: The company, insurance company, or mutual insurance company that allows you to access Axomove may not be limited by an annual quota.

To find out, log in to your Axomove account, click on “Practitioner,” then “Appointments.” The number of teleconsultations remaining will be displayed if you are subject to an annual quota.

To cancel a telecare appointment:

1. Click on ‘Practitioner’ then “Appointments” from the main menu.

2. Then select the appointment you wish to cancel by clicking on the corresponding date and time.

3. Click on the icon with a red cross to cancel the appointment.

4. To confirm the cancellation of your appointment, click on “Cancel appointment.” Your appointment has been canceled.
