The home page serves as your dashboard, giving you easy access to various features.
1. The vertical menu on your left allows you to access the Home page, Exercises, the Practitioner page, where you will find your Appointments and Messages, and finally the Library, which contains the Chatbot, Educational Videos, Quizzes, Blog, and Disease Fact Sheets.
2. To the right of this, a box labeled “My exercises for today” allows you to track the frequency of your exercise program and see at a glance where you are in your exercises.
3. In the center, you can find your daily tracking. This allows you to see your progress on different factors such as pain, stress, anxiety, and sleep.
4. On the right, your activity shows you the number of activities you have completed during the month as well as your most recent activities.
5. At the top right, clicking on the small bell will give you access to your notifications.
6. Finally, by clicking on your profile picture, you can access your personal information, your progress, and log out of your session.
