How do notifications work within the Axomove app?

The Axomove app allows you to receive notifications when:

  • Your practitioner has shared a program with you
  • Your practitioner has shared educational content with you (quiz, condition fact sheet, educational video)
  • Your practitioner has sent you a message
  • Your practitioner has modified your program
  • A program prescription has been completed
  • You have a video appointment
  • Your practitioner has shared a video appointment report with you

To access notifications, click on the bell icon at the top right of your screen, next to your profile. A red dot will indicate if you have any unread notifications.

Note: If you click on a notification, you will be automatically redirected to the relevant page. For example, if you click on the notification “John Smith has sent you a new message,” you will be redirected to your messages.
